Good mental health is the key to a peaceful and happy life, and we provide resources for better mental health to all, no matter where they are in their journey!
In India, mental health is a new but fast-growing concept. We have, at least, started to acknowledge our mental health and look for ways to improve it. Mental health education is the highest now than it has ever been.
However, there is a dead-end in this journey towards better mental health- How do I get help?
