Nāya Mental Health

Nāya Mental Health, formerly It's A Match Mental Health, was founded in June 2022, as a platform to connect clients to the right therapists for them. Born out of a need to advance the state of mental health in India,  Nāya's mission is to make mental health accessible and unambiguous for people. At Nāya, we help people get help by consulting them before therapy, connecting them to the right therapists, providing therapy, conducting practical, fun, and impactful workshops, and a lot more. 

We aim to reach far and wide in our pursuit to help people get help!
