As your therapist, I aim to hold a warm and friendly space for you to talk without inhibition, dig deeper into your roots, and find revolutionary answers for yourself. I work closely with individuals dealing with anxiety disorders, childhood trauma, low self-esteem, body image concerns, mood disorders, and relationship challenges.
I love working with various approaches, best suited for the client. I use a mix of CBT, REBT, Inner Child Healing, and Narrative Therapy.
